Athletic office will begin conducting site visitations for all license holders. Please review and make sure all are complying with the noted items and all other compliance requirements in the Park License Agreement. Although the current sample only lists baseball, each sport will have the same items noted on this checklist. The Athletics representative will also be asking for the names of the volunteers that have photo ID badges so we can verify that those volunteers have complied with the volunteer requirements (background check, concussion education and volunteer training). This new procedure is a result of the audit last year and will be implemented from this point forward.
Its important to note that all initial inquiries regarding Plant City Eagles coaching MUST BE approved through Mr. Frankie Baker; whom is designated as the key contact per our agreement with Hillsborough County. Feel free to call Frankie Baker at 813-918-4784.
Volunteer Coaches are one of the most influential vehicles that impact today's youth. Background checks are required to ensure we set the example of following the rules and not teaching kids how to break them.
